The full-automatic traveling crane weighing and batching system, ferroalloy automatic weighing and batching and feeding system, and the electric furnace are equipped with cyclone dust collector. Centralized pouring, centralized ventilation to collect wind dust, recover and treat the pouring flue gas, and adopt catalytic combustion technology to remove the peculiar smell generated after furan resin combustion.

3. Grinding and cleaning department

The casting produced by the self hardening sand process is cleaned by the process coordinated with the closed grinding and cleaning room, and all are equipped with dust removal equipment.
